Cancelation Policy

At FeastiGo, we are committed to delivering a seamless experience for our customers while maintaining fairness to our vendor partners. The following policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled on our platform.


🛑 Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are accepted by the vendor.
    Once a vendor accepts the order, it is processed for preparation or dispatch and cannot be cancelled thereafter.

  • Customers can check the status of their order through the FeastiGo app or website. If the vendor has not yet accepted the order, a “Cancel Order” option will be available.


💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only for accepted orders under the following circumstances:

  • The order could not be fulfilled by the vendor

  • The delivered items are damaged, incorrect, or not as described

  • The order was not delivered due to a service-related issue

Refunds are not applicable:

  • If the order is cancelled after vendor acceptance

  • For perishable goods (e.g., food, groceries) unless there is a quality or delivery issue


⏱️ Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved by FeastiGo after internal verification:

  • The refund will be processed within 3–5 business days

  • The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase
